1. Return & Refund Policy 
We want you to love your Levaria bags. If something isn't right, we're here to help. 
Return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. 
Condition. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and 
packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept bags that have been used or washed unless 
they arrived defective. 
Who pays for return shipping. - - 
If the return is because of us — a defective, damaged, or incorrect item — we cover the 
return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. 
If the return is for another reason (for example, you changed your mind), the return 
shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. 
How to start a return. Email us at support@levarisco.com with your order number and the 
reason for your return. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send items back before 
contacting us. 
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved 
refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on 
your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear. 
Damaged or wrong items. Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, 
damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with 
photos, and we'll make it right. 
Non-returnable items. Digital products (such as downloadable guides) and gift cards are 
non-refundable once accessed or issued. 
Exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (per the terms above) 
and place a new order.
